Gossip & Gists: Chris Brown, Soulja Boy Feud On Social Media Over Karrueche Tran

The new year is off to a dissonant start for Chris Brown and Soulja Boy. The hip-hop stars engaged in a social media war of words after Soulja Boy allegedly liked an Instagram photo of Brown's ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

This apparently enraged Brown, who then called the "Crank That" rapper to confront him and challenge him to a fight, according to Soulja Boy. "Chris Brown just called me and said he wanna fight me because I liked @karrueche picture on Instagram this n**** a b****," Soulja Boy tweeted Monday evening.

Brown then fired back Tuesday morning with multiple seething Instagram posts, claiming in one that he never actually called Soulja Boy like the rapper claimed.

"ROYALTY (Brown's daughter) IS 2 AND HAS 5 times more money than SOULJA boy already," Brown added. "I'd be mad too."

Health Tips: What You Can Drink, Besides Water, When You Have Diabetes

No doubt: Water is the perfect drink. It doesn't have calories, sugar, or carbs, and it's as close as a tap. If you're after something tastier, though, you've got options.

Some tempting or seemingly healthy drinks aren't great for you, but you can make swaps or easy homemade versions of many of them. These tasty treats can fit into your diabetes diet and still satisfy your cravings.

Chocolate Milk

This treat may remind you of the school lunchroom, but it’s a good calcium-rich choice for grown-ups as well. Low-fat chocolate milk can be a good post-workout recovery drink. The bad news: Ready-made brands come packed with sugar. Try this at home: Mix 1% milk, 3 teaspoons of cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons of the zero-calorie sweetener of your choice. It saves you 70 calories, 16 grams of carbs, and 2 grams of fat compared to 1 cup of store-bought, reduced-fat chocolate milk.
