John Legend and fiancée Chrissy Teigen are officially married.

The Grammy-winning musician tied the knot with his model lover at Lake Como, Italy on Saturday, September 14, 2013, according to multiple reports.
 
The wedding, reports say, had in attendance Legend’s label mate Kanye West, actress-model Brooklyn Decker (who was Teigen’s maid of honor), amongst other family members and friends. Hip-Hop legend, Biz Markie deejayed the celebration.

Legend and Teigen began dating in 2007 and Legend popped the big question late December, 2011.

Gossip & Gists: You'll Not Believe Why These Two Club Girls Were Arraigned In Court

The police on Wednesday arraigned two clubs “girls’’ in a Grade 1 Area Court, Aso Pada, Mararaba, for disturbing public peace and constituting themselves into a nuisance.

They are Treasure Edobor, 25, of Aso and Charity Jemo, 23, of Mararaba in Nasarawa State.

The prosecutor, Insp. Friday Idache, told the court that the matter was first reported on Sept. 10, at the ‘A’ Division Police Station, Mararaba by Edobor (second accused).
He said that Edobor alleged that at about 10 p.m., while she was at the City Rock Hotel, Mararaba, Jemo assaulted her without provocation.

“During police investigation, we found out that both of them engaged in a free for all,’’ the prosecutor told the court.

He said that the offence contravened provisions of Section 113 of the Penal Code.
If convicted, the accused persons can spend a year in prison or be given an option to pay a fine.

The accused persons, who were not represented by counsel, pleaded not guilty to the charge. The presiding officer, Albert Maga, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N100,000 each and a surety each in like sum.

Maga ordered that the sureties must possess landed property and be resident within the jurisdiction of the court, he adjourned the case to Sept. 26, for hearing.

2face however during his interview with a correspondence via e-mail said that he did, in fact, invite Black Face to the wedding but the latter chose not to show up.

2face said, “I actually invited Blackface for my wedding”.

The relationship between the two has suffered a swift decline since the separation of their former group “Plantashun Boiz” with Black Face repeatedly throwing barbs at 2face, who has enjoyed massive success, and claiming that he owes him money.

Gossip & Gists: Man Stands Trial For Raping His Own Mother In Ekiti State

A 27 year old man, Akintunde Omoteinde, is currently standing trial for allegedly raping his own mother. According to a report from source, the sick incident happened on August 23 at their residence at the Ajebamidele area of Ado Ekiti in Ekiti State.

 

A resident of the area who spoke with our correspondence said:

“The news was shocking. Not many of us believed the story at first but the truth cannot be hidden for too long. The woman, a petty trader, was said to have been raped by her son. She was badly injured and was rushed to the hospital for medical attention."

"I can tell you that the family is presently living in shame. We hear that the family members are planning to move out of the house but we cannot confirm that.”

The accused young man was in court this past Tuesday and was remanded in prison custody until October 16th, when the case comes up again for hearing.
